Some heavier items such as Liferafts & Inflatable Tenders are usually fulfilled directly by the supplier and so even where "Next Day Delivery" is seen as available customers are advised that it will take longer than this (2-4 days) and so should not select a Next Day option. They can also be subject to a carrier surcharges, in these cases you will be contacted with a revised shipping quotation before we despatch any orders.

The standard shipping charges above will be applied to most orders however some heavier items we sell are subject to a carrier surcharge! If when you get to checkout you feel the calculated cost of shipping is too high please do not hesitate to contact us directly by using the contact form built in to the site, send an email directly to info@yachtmailchandlery.com or call us on +44 (0) 1590 672784 and we can see if a better shipping quote is available. 

Unfortunately due to restrictions placed on us by the Transport of Dangerous Goods Act we are unable to ship certain items such as Flares or Paints outside of the UK Mainland. Some items will have a Shipping Availability checkbox next to the Add to Cart button to see if we can ship the item to your location.

The cost of shipping Flares and Liferafts (to the UK Mainland) is subject to an additional cost of £15 to cover restrictions placed on us by the supplier.

Returns

Under the Consumer Contract Regulation applied in the UK you are entitled to return any item(s) purchased directly through yachtmailchandlery.com for a full refund of the purchases up to 14 days after you have received to the goods - this is described as an evaluation period for any item purchased online. The item(s) must be returned unopended, in their original packaging and with care taken to ensure no damage is caused during transit, with these criteria met a full refund for the purchase(s) cost is available.

In addition to this we will accept the return of any item(s) purchased on yachtmailchandlery.com up to 14 days after you have received the goods for an exchange or refund at yachtmailchandlery.com. Again we would ask that these item(s) be returned in their original packaging and with care taken to ensure no damage is caused during transit. Please note that the cost of shipping when the order was placed and costs you incur in returning the item(s) will not be included in the exchange or credit amount.

We cannot accept returns of perishable safety items such as Lifejackets, Liferafts, and Flares.

If item(s) are received damaged or faulty we will happily refund the full cost of the purchase(s) inlcuding shipping plus the cost of return shipping where incurred by you.
